We offer a 14-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure you keep the receipt and any promotional items that came with your purchase.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express 1-2 day delivery for an additional fee. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our delivery network globally in the near future.
Yes, all our products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. You can also purchase extended warranty plans during checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly from the 'My Orders' section in your account dashboard.
